Whole-Home Renovations, One Team, One Accountable Result.

Complete interior transformations across Palm Beach County — with one team accountable for the whole result.

Why Keystone for Whole-Home Renovations

A whole-home renovation touches everything, which is exactly where fragmented crews fall apart. We run it as one job with one team — a locked scope and budget, and no chasing.

Common Questions

What Homeowners Ask

When does a renovation trigger code upgrades?
Once you're altering systems or structure, the code can require bringing parts of the home up to current standards — electrical, egress windows, smoke and CO alarms, sometimes wind protection. We identify those triggers during planning so they're budgeted, not discovered.
Can I live in the home during the work?
Often, depending on scope. We'll tell you honestly which phases are livable and which aren't, and sequence the work to keep as much of the house usable as possible.
Do you handle permitting and HOA approvals?
Yes. We manage the permitting and inspections along with any HOA or architectural-review requirements, so the approvals move in parallel with the build.
Who coordinates all the trades?
One team runs every trade — no mystery subs, no chasing separate contractors to keep the job moving.
